יובש בעיניים19/06/2018

מספר חודשים סובלת מיובש בעיניים שלא עובר. לא ברורה הסיבה להופעתו. לא נוטלת תרופות ואין עבר של דלקות עיניים ובעיות. עברתי את כל בדיקות הדם האפשריות כולל סיוגרן והכל תקין. מלבד יובש לא נמצאו בעיות נוספות נשללה גם רגישות ואלרגיה. לפני חודש וחצי עברתי חסימה של תעלות הדמעות. יש שיפור קל. משתמשת כל שעה בטיפות ובמשחה בלילה אך לא עוזר לי.
השאלות הן מדוע אין הסבר ליובש והאם יש סיכוי שזה יחלוף? האם משקפי חימום שמומלצים כקומפרסים משפרים את העניין? האם עיסוי בחום על ידי מכשיר שמציעים חלק מרופאי עיניים יכול לעזור? האם יכול להיות לזה רקע נפשי?
אם זה קשור אני בת 36 עברתי לבאר שבע לפני שנתיים והיובש החל לפני מספר חודשים

תסמונת העין היבשה היא מצב שכיח ביותר, ממנו סובלים כ-20% מהאוכלוסיה בכל הגילאים. יש סיבות רבות לעין יבשה, אך לא תמיד הסיבה לכך ברורה. מרבית הטיפולים שהזרכת לא ממש עוזרים. הטיפול העירי הוא ע"י תחליפי דמעות, טיפות המכילות תרופות נוגדות דלקת, אותן ירשום לך רופא העיניים, וחסימת תעלות ניקוז הדמעות.

סיבה שכיחה ליובש בעיניים בגיל צעיר היא שימוש בעדשות מגע. אם את משתמשת בעדשות מגע מומלץ לנסות להפסיק אותן למספר חודשים.
